react/react-dom and vite/@vitejs/plugin-react must bump together — individually each half fails npm ci or the build (seen with the react 19 and vite 8 rounds). Family groups make each pair arrive as a single mergeable PR; minor/patch grouping is unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

During the react 19 / vite 8 rounds, each half of the pair arrived as its own PR and both stayed red (peer-dep conflict / plugin mismatch) until manually combined (#20, #21). This adds family groups so react+react-dom and vite+@vitejs/* always arrive as one PR, in both npm projects. Minor/patch grouping unchanged.
